Completely renovated and updated in late 2019, we hope you enjoy this place as much as we do! The heated outdoor pool, picnic tables and grills are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The first level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living spaces. Sip your morning coffee on the kitchen island featuring premium Quartz countertops, or sit and relax in front of the gas fireplace while you soak in the view of the Moat Mountains. Make dinner in the new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then eat on the dining table with seating for 6. The living room features 2 Pottery Barn pull-out sofa’s, a Queen and a Twin size, both with memory foam mattresses. During downtime, watch your favorite movie or show on the Smart 58” TV, featuring Live TV, Netflix, Disney +, Peacock, HBO, Hulu and more! The second level features a Primary Bed/Bath and a Guest Bedroom with a full Bath in the hallway. All have been updated and include fresh linens and towels. The Primary Bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and views of the Moat Mountains, and the Guest Bedroom has a queen size canopy bed with a Beauty Rest Mattress. The basement is unfinished but does have a brand new washer and dryer for you to use. Meals and Rentals Tax License #100237 Guest access Entire townhouse with access by the key pad door handle. Just a 2 minute walk away on the property is a heated outdoor pool and tennis courts that are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are also charcoal grills and picnic tables for you to enjoy as well. Out the back door is a private patio, large backyard and plenty of trails to hike, cross country ski, or mountain bike. Other things to note Please note, we are in a remote area that may experience power outages, especially in the Winter.
