The 125m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a highchair are available on request. Other things to note Thanks to the thick walls, it is pleasantly cool in the finca even without air conditioning in summer. In the spacious outdoor area of the fenced property, a furnished and partially covered terrace awaits you, as well as a garden with pool and outdoor shower. Here you can barbecue together, swim or just enjoy the sun. In the 10-minute walk (700m) away village center there are 2 restaurants as well as a supermarket. The idyllic village is also worth a visit for its pretty houses in traditional Mallorcan style. The nearest beaches can be reached in half an hour by car. The island's capital Palma and the airport of the same name are also just a 30-minute drive (31km) away. Parking is available on the property.
