The house is a traditional Queenslander built in 1910 - so it has all the charm of an older house with high ceilings and over door breeze ways. Its country charm kitchen will delight. Guest access You'll have private use of the top floor of the house excluding rooms used for storage. You will have your own entry and full and exclusive use of two decks, bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house is dual living, and we live downstairs - accessed via a separate driveway. Other things to note Upon checkin you'll be asked to provide some basic contact details, including emergency contact and provide a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) for validation. Note that there is a pool at the back of the property however, this is not available at any time for guest use. Please ensure any children or visitors do not go past the fences into the pool area. Additional Rates Rates for 2 guests are for one bedroom (queen bed) only. For 2 guests wanting to use second bedroom, an additional $40 per week stay will be charged for laundering of sheets. Please do not smoke in the property - any smoking on the premises will result in a $150 cleaning fee. If you do loose the keys, there is a $250 charge. I appreciate your understanding in advance.
