Laines Loft - Own flat with private terrace

My flat is super cosy, I've had so many guests who have really loved it. Located in Brighton's North Laines with cafes, coffee shops & pubs on your doorstep, it's also a quiet haven inside. 3 minute walk to Brighton station, 10 to the pier & sea front. Split over 2 floors with a mix of wooden flooring & carpets & a private terrace - perfect for morning coffee or dinner. - I have some parking permits available. Please message me before booking. (no party groups please - in residential area). The space My flat is a gorgeous haven from the hustle and bustle of the Laines. A cosy retreat and place to relax from exploring Brighton, with a separate upstairs lounge, private sun terrace to enjoy, table and egg chair to relax in. I always think the flat is best for 2 people, but there is a sofa bed upstairs in the lounge which can make things more economical for 3 people if needed. It's managed by a great local company, and they will be the one to contact for check in info - details are provided instantly after booking, and there's a key safe for easy entry. The amazing thing is the coffee shops, cafe's and pubs just off the end of each end of the road, and the beach and bars of the whole of Brighton, Hove and Kemptown within walking distance. There are too many great coffee shops to mention names, there's a Tuesday quiz night at the local pub the Lord Nelson, there's great Thai food at The Office pub off Sydney Street...there's great Mexican street food at La Choza at the end of the road...there are so many great places to just stumble across The apartment has double glazed sash windows but with the building itself being old, weekend nights you might hear a little noise from Trafalgar Street - though I've never had any complaints, it's just worth noting. - I do have quite a few residents parking permits, so if anyone wants to come and drive and park outside the flat, Zone Y, please let me know before booking to check availability. Guest access Communal ground floor door which leads up to the 1st floor. My flat is the left one of the 2 at the top of the stairs. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside, but welcome to on the terrace (just be careful to dispose of cigarette butts please and not let them drop between the decking as some people sadly have). If sleeping upstairs on the sofa bed and the sea gulls are out, some people may like to wear ear plugs, but I've got used to them and like the sound now. I have a few scratch off parking permits (available on request) but only a very limited supply, so please message me before confirming a reservation if it's essential to drive - Brighton isn't a very car friendly city and as my apartment is very close to Brighton station, I always recommend train or taxi, and train is normally people's preferred choice of transport.
