We grow, coffee, pepper, nutmegs, areca nuts, coco nuts including other spices, vegetables and rice. Kabani Riverside is situated by the road side, providing ease of access. Right across where we are is a 300 Acre Paddy farming collective, which provides year round occupation for the numerous tribal villages which surround it. Walking through these fields and among the tribals, gives a real world feel of the life and culture of Wayanad. The elaborate Kerala cusine, the tribal traditions and local handicrafts add to the flavour of your stay here. Leave it to us to plan your experience here. I personally love sitting by my campfire in the night here taking in the chill which settles during the night. Number of Bedrooms # 2 + Hall+Dining Area+Kitchen+Front and Rear balcony+terrace. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire farm and the surroundings. Please feel free to use the fully functional kitchen. Other things to note We serve home-cooked breakfast only between 0830 am and 10am. Dinner can be arranged subject to the cook's availability, else can be ordered from restaurants in the town about 5 kms from us. Campfire & barbeque can be arranged, based on availability, at a nominal charge per night. This will include the setting up charges for the effort involved. [Food required for barbeque can be arranged on actual cost.] Campfire is charged at INR 800 for one hour. Setting up of Barbecue is charged at INR 800 for two hours plus additional charges based on the number of items and quantity. The villa has facility to prepare coffee and tea. Room service is not provided owing to the current situation of pandemic. Please note that the property is run by the family and there is limited manpower, however we will try our best to meet any specific requirements.
