A futon couch and sitting chairs in sitting area . Breakfast table for two. The room has it's own full private bathroom. Access to front yard with picnic area. The main house (upstairs) with upper deck are for owner use only. We will be available to meet guests and help with any needs or questions. While we are very friendly and approachable we prefer to give you privacy and the freedom to explore this beautiful valley on your own. Happy to share points of interest.
