Roer is located about 50m behind the owners' dike house, with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, sunny terrace, wood-fired hot tub, views over fields, a "modern bedstee" for 2 people, possibly 4 people with sofa bed and extra bed in the living room. The space This special, tastefully decorated cottage has all the comforts. A bedroom with two sleeping places, possibly expandable to four. A kitchen with dining table, fridge and 2-burner induction hob and microwave/oven, a bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and pellet stove, two French doors that provide access to a beautiful terrace and garden overlooking the fields. The spacious terrace with lounge set, outdoor table with chairs and a BBQ. For the sultry summer evenings, there is atmospheric lighting and an outdoor fireplace. The location has a wood-fired hot tub. We offer packages for this. For an additional fee, there is the possibility to have an extensive Burgundian breakfast/lunch provided with regional specialties. Guest access Guests have access to the entire detached cottage, with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. In addition, a large sunny terrace, wood-fired hot tub, the garden with beautiful views over the fields, free parking spaces on the dike.
