A newly renovated home in our favourite place in the world! Sunrises over 90mile beach, sunsets over Lake Victoria, kangaroos in the yard, koalas, rabbits, colourful birds, no light pollution and a bright starry sky - this place is so delightful. Enjoy the luxury of this newly renovated home, tiled bathroom, 900mm oven, carpeted bedrooms, perfect for a weekend getaway or summer holiday at the beach. Boats, jet skis, pets all welcome. The space Guests have access to the whole house and yard. Other things to note Sleeps 7 - two queen bedrooms, and a double with single bunk on top this house is perfect for young families, couples, or a few friends. Tea and coffee are there ready for you to enjoy. No smoking, no parties, but please enjoy this space as much as we do. Cheese platter and a bottle of Prosecco a must! BYO Linen (towels, sheets, pillow cases). There is a local person who supplies this for $20pp if preferred - just ask us for details and we will be happy to put you in touch. House trained pets are welcome indoors and outdoors, but not on the furniture. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to bring your fur babies. The property is fully and securely fenced as of 1 November 2021. Note that dogs are able to be at the lake (and many are down there!), but they cannot accompany you on any walks in the national park. Brand new large outdoor deck built in December 2021 to soak up the sun - new 4 burner BBQ available for your use. Please no fires - there is often a total fire ban in the area. Families welcome - the lake has many sheltered spots for kids to swim/play, and we have a range of games, DVDs, and activity kits created to keep you entertained on rainy days. Please note Loch Sport is TANK WATER ONLY. Please be considerate when using water as it is in limited supply.
