The space This old barn renovated in a rural style has kept an undeniable charm and navigates between modernity, and rustic charm incorporating neat decoration and great sobriety. This small house on two floors is part of a real estate complex located in a small courtyard behind our guest house. We offer: Ground floor / an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, electric oven, all kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dryer. Food processor. Reversible air-conditioning. A terrace with garden furniture, a bioclimatic pergola, deck chairs, and a barbecue. Sitting area: armchairs, sofa, smart TV, smart speaker, landline phone. 2ND FLOOR/ 1 Bedroom with two 90 cm beds, mosquito net, closet, Bathroom: Shower stall, sink, heated towel rail, toiletries, toilet. Reversible air conditioning 2nd FLOOR/ 1 large air-conditioned bedroom, 1 140 bed. Storage shelves, a desk, a TV. Access to the pool area of the guest house: Shared heated pool, 8*4m, 1.60 m depth, sunbeds, umbrellas, relaxation terraces. Open from mid may to end of September Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the private accommodation. Other things to note The cottage will be completely disinfected after each stay. You will find hydroalcoholic gel in the furnished area and around the relaxation area. Deck chairs will be allocated for each guest during the stay, with safety distances maintained between guests. The pool area is shared between the gite guests and the guest house guests. Heated pool 8 x 4 m open from May 15 to October 15 from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, depending on weather conditions.
