Gite La Fleurette with a private annex can accommodate up to 8 people. New 2025 -Fast site wide free WIFI and Refurbished Swimming pool. The gite and annex share the same garden and can be considered to be one private unit. From the enclosed garden are fantastic views over rolling Charente countryside. The large, in-ground shared pool is in a wonderful setting and enjoys the great views. The space Gite La Fleurette is a former farm-worker's cottage. The main room is large and benefits from exposed beams. The furnishings are comfortable and there is a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped, has a cooker with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and a dining table with chairs. A washing machine is available in another building. There are 3 bedrooms in the main gite which can sleep up to 6 people (excluding babies). There is also a separate annex a few steps away with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom, accommodating 8 guests in total. The Garden Bedroom has patio doors to the garden, the Stable Bedroom is a rustic room with access via a few steps. The Breadoven Bedroom is also accessed via a few steps and features a sitting area in the old bread oven; it has a double bed. The other bedrooms have two single beds which can also form a double bed as requested when booking. Two of the bedrooms can each accommodate a cot. The bathroom has a shower, basin and w.c. Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are included in the price. Pool towels are also provided. Gite La Fleurette has its own fenced and secure garden with garden furniture and barbecue, from which you have views over the valley and the village of Brossac. Guest access The gite has a private, fenced and secure garden with outside furniture and a BBQ. There is a shared pool. The outdoor games area is shared and has table tennis, badminton, volleyball, a soccer net, croquet pitch, swings etc. Other things to note Gite La Fleurette is one of 2 gites at Chez Sarrazin which comprises 3.5 acres of gardens, lawns, and wooded grounds and is surrounded by arable farming land with fields of wheat, corn, sunflowers etc. There is a 12 x 6m shared swimming pool with Roman steps at one end. Outdoor activities such as football, badminton and table tennis are available in a grassy area which does not intrude on the privacy of the gites.
