Private annex comprising of 2 en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin with great views over the garden, with a large private lounge and its own entrance. Full breakfast is provided on a daily basis. Set in a beautiful rural area in the heart of Scotland - 40 mins to Edinburgh & St Andrews, 1 hr to Glasgow, 20 mins to Perth and The Highlands easily accessible. A wonderful local pub THE BALGEDIE TOLL TAVERN is less than a 5 min walk away - serving excellent food and drink. The space Many local activities and places of interest nearby - LOCHLEVEN’S LARDER ( a wonderful Farm Shop/ restaurant/ cafe - less than 10 min walk) - LOCHLEVEN HERITAGE TRAIL - great cycling and walking path round the Loch - boat trips to LOCHLEVEN CASTLE - FALKLAND PALACE and SCONE PALACE all nearby. We are very relaxed - love serving our guests the full Scottish Breakfast or anything you prefer! Guest access The Annex is separate from the Farmhouse so guests can come and go as they please. They are welcome to use the garden and enjoy spectacular views over the Loch. During your stay I am generally on hand to help with anything during your stay and I enjoy providing you with a delicious full breakfast of your choice every morning!
