The small Agriturismo/Farmstay of 'La Coccinella' is located in San Venanzo, Umbria and has 3 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom apartments + a spacious villa with 5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms for holiday lets. The farm consists of 3 x 17th century, totally renovated buildings on 96 hectares of biological woodland and olivegroves. A panoramic swimmingpool (15x5) with stunning views over the Umbrian/Tuscany valley's. The space The apartment is called 'Salvia'. The apartment is completely private and has 1 bedroom. It has a beautifull view of the gardens, swimmingpool, mountains and the olivegroves. It also has a private terras where we serve breakfast in the morning (included in the price). Guest access The complete apartment is private Other things to note Own transport is needed to get to the accomodation. Toursist tax (€1,50 p.p.p.n) and cleaningcost (€50,-) are mandatory and not always automaticly included in the price. If not, this must be payed in cash upon arrival.
