Description
This is not just a holiday rental house, it is a beloved family holiday home. This means that it is thoughtfully decorated, better equipped and more comfortable than most rentals. The house sits in a lovely area of Soller called L'horta, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Soller. The gorgeous sunny garden with beautiful saltwater pool is the perfect place to relax or have a BBQ. There is plenty of great walking and cycling in the area. 5 min drive to the beach. The space Our uniquely traditional townhouse spans three levels and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a laundry area, a spacious entrada, both downstairs and upstairs living rooms, a terrace, and a garden pool area with four sun loungers, comfortable seating, and a gas BBQ. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. On the first floor, there is a living room with a balcony overlooking the garden, where a pleasant breeze often keeps the area cool. The ground floor features a winter sitting room, which remains cool during the summer and cozy in the winter with its wood-burning stove. The house is centrally heated, making it an ideal year-round getaway. Outside, the beautiful terrace, surrounded by plants, is a favorite spot for guests to gather, especially around the BBQ. The saltwater pool is another highlight of the outdoor area. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, making the house a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the region by bike or on foot. Please note that the house features stairs across all three levels and in the open pool area, making it unsuitable for young children. Therefore, we do not accept bookings with children under the age of 7. Licence Number: ETV/11083 Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for 2 rooms which are locked and used as Owner's storage. Keys to the property can be accessed via a Lockbox with a code provided nearer to arrival. Other things to note The townhouse is located on a one-way street. There is free on street parking (blue lines only) however depending on the time of day or week this might be a little trickier to find. Its best to start looking for a parking as soon as you turn onto the road. The house is located about a third down the road, just after the playground. 'Ecotasa' came into effect on 1 July 2016. This is a tax that all tourists who visit the Balearic Islands are required to pay. It is a rate of €2 per day per adult (over 16yrs old) and would need to be paid on arrival. Using the pool is at your own risk, parents are responsible for their children. It is a townhouse, so can be susceptible to some noise from the neighbours. AC is available in the bedrooms only but please be considerate with conserving energy and switch off when out of the property or when doors/windows are open. The units were retro fitted and can make a little pump noise. Please kindly leave the property in a respectable state.
