You will stay in a real 17th century dovecote, 75 m², renovated to modern tastes. Cécile and Yannick will welcome you in a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of the Saumurois vineyards between Brézé and Fontevraud-l'Abbaye. Many tours, activities and hikes are possible in the surrounding area. (Castles, Center Parcs, troglodyte sites, winemakers, markets...) a private garden of 400 m² (swing, garden furniture, barbecue) Parking on the property The space Completely refurbished in 2019. The home has three floors. Ground floor at the level of the parking lot, with entrance/living room, facing south. 1st floor at the level of the garden and terrace, with kitchen/dining room, shower room and laundry room. Mezzanine bedroom, with a 160 x 200 double bed and a 90 x 190 single bed. Bedding: Dunlopillo and Simmons. The Gîte is spacious, bright and very pleasant to stay in. Blackout curtains at each door or window allow you to darken the different spaces to the maximum. Other things to note Sheets, towels and kitchen towels provided. Seasoning base on site (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar) Coffee filters provided Cleaning products provided. Wood for the wood-burning stove is provided. End-of-stay cleaning not included in the stay amount. We leave it to guests to do the cleaning themselves, in which case to make the Pigeonnier as clean as on arrival; or to opt for a cleaning fee of €40, to be paid to us on-site, in which case you will only have to empty your garbage cans before your departure. It is understood that respect for the premises and objects therein is expected from all our guests!
