You will stay in a real 17th century dovecote, 75 m², renovated to modern tastes in 2019. Cécile and Yannick will welcome you in a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of the vineyards of Saumurois between Brézé and Fontevraud-l'Abbaye. Many tours, activities and hikes are possible in the surrounding area. Ground floor at the level of the parking lot, with entrance/living room, facing south. 1st floor at the level of the garden and terrace, with kitchen/dining room, shower room and laundry room. Openings on the West, South and East facades. Mezzanine bedroom, with a 160 x 200 double bed and a 90 x 190 single bed. Bedding: Dunlopillo and Simmons. Very well insulated cottage. Our guests are unanimous in saying that nothing is missing in the amenities for a great stay to let go. The Gîte is spacious, bright and very pleasant to stay in. The wood-burning stove offers exceptional comfort in autumn, winter and early spring. The ground floor remains naturally cool in summer. Blackout curtains on every door or window allow you to darken the different spaces as much as possible. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the stay amount. We leave you the choice between doing your own cleaning before your departure, or opting for the cleaning package at €40. To be discussed with us on site. It is understood that respect for the premises and objects therein is expected from all our guests!
