Simple and functional, it is ideal for 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned (in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms). The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, coffee makers (traditional and espresso), and a toaster. You have a TV and Wi-Fi Internet. It is built in duplex, i.e. on two levels. On its first level, accessible on one level from the car park, the apartment includes the living room/kitchen opening onto a covered balcony/terrace and enjoying a view of the wooded park and the mountains. On this same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a staircase, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with 160 cm beds and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Private and free parking for the car is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The residence is built in the heart of a haven of greenery, the authenticity of the Corsican maquis makes it charming. The relaxing rest areas and the many playgrounds allow everyone to find their happiness. A barbecue located at the bottom of the residence is available, it is for shared use. The swimming pool, also located at the bottom of the residence, is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., from June 1 to September 15. A pool house area with chairs and tables, and unlimited and free WIFI is available for your use all year long. The beach is easily accessible, a 5-minute walk away. No car needed to go to all the outdoor activities offered in summer in the Bay of Pinarello; sailing boat, catamaran, windsurfing, paddle, sea kayak, motorboat, water skiing, towed buoy, parasailing, kyste surf, jet ski... No need for a car either to go for a drink on the terrace by the sea or enjoy a good meal at the restaurant... The village of Marin de Pinarello is a 15-minute walk away and promises pleasant moments... On the other hand, a car is essential to go shopping in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, located 3.5 km away. Guest access The entire place is for you. A free parking space, in the immediate vicinity and on the same level as the apartment, is reserved for you (no stairs to climb). You have other free parking spaces in the residence if you come with several vehicles. Other things to note Wi-Fi in the apartment thanks to a fiber connection. The accommodation includes a staircase that is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, the bedroom and bathroom on the first level of the apartment make it possible to avoid using the stairs. We provide a free baby bed and high chair if you request it. HOUSEKEEPING The apartment must be returned CLEAN, garbage cans and recycling thrown into the dedicated containers at the exit of the residence. The cleaning fee corresponds to the management of the linen and the restoration of the apartment to perfect condition after your departure. We do not accept more than 6 people in the accommodation, including children and babies.
