Beautiful renovated farmhouse with 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoy a 10 × 6 m swimming pool and a large carp fishing lake, set in a peaceful countryside location. There is also the option to rent an additional double bedroom with a private shower room or a small independent house suitable for 2 people. The property is located close to charming towns such as Pouancé and Châteaubriant. The space THE FARMHOUSE ‘live in’ KITCHEN with feature built in wood burner, 5 gas ring cooker with oven & electric grill. The general facilities include a sink, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table and chairs. LOUNGE with tall wood burner for the winter months, TV, Settees and chairs. The floors are tiled and the ceilings oak beamed. GAMES ROOM with pool table, football game, bar area. LARGE ENTRANCE HALL with staircase leading to first floor and bedrooms. The 5 BEDROOMS 2 shower rooms, with WC, and washbasin. Comprising 2 master bedrooms one at either end of the housewith double and single beds, with the remaining 3 situated between them, 1 double, 2 twin. and one off them with a extra WC and washbasin When you arrive, your beds are already made. feel free to ask us for extra room or the Tiny house if you come with a larger group Use of the ‘Heated’ Swimming Pool 10 x 6m with roman steps lighting and security cover. with bad weather the swimming pool is not heated please ask us if it is heated in the periode when you arive Garden furniture and BBQ facilities are provided.
