The space The chalet, made entirely of wood, has the main access to the first floor on the street front. On the ground floor there is a second entrance (at the back of the house) that gives access to a utility room suitable for storing skis, sleds, boots and more, another utility room with a washing machine and a large bathroom with an extra large bathtub. The large living room is furnished with stylish furniture, a dining area and a more reserved corner with a large window facing the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and induction cooktop. Available to guests: plates, glasses, cutlery and all the dishes necessary for cooking and setting the table. Upstairs are the four bedrooms: one double, one twin, one single, one with a bunk bed (for two people) and a bathroom with shower. Around the house is the private garden. About 1,000 square meters with lawn and tall trees that are fifty years old. This house is ideal for those who love hiking, skiing, nature, and the warmth and hospitality of a traditional chalet made entirely of wood. Restaurants, shops and all amenities are easily accessible in nearby Champoluc. During the winter season, heating costs will be charged separately (25 euros per day) Other things to note There is a fireplace in the apartment, but it is currently being renovated.
