The house is located in a quiet area with a panoramic view of the Marecchia Valley. The Casa dei Formica was built in 1990 by the Para family, nicknamed “E Furmiga” in Romagna dialect. The head of the family Pietro, together with his wife Rosy, lovers of travel, music and antiques, actively participated in the construction of the beautiful villa, taking care of it in all its details. It is rented only to families. Enjoy your stay The space Guests have a huge garden where they can stay outdoors. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed both inside and outside the house. There is also the possibility of using a large barbecue, built by the owner. The swimming pool is for guests' exclusive use from June to mid-September. Other things to note A mountain-bike path connected with the Republic of San Marino starts directly from Casa dei Formica. You can also reach the 35 km long Marecchia River bike path that connects Novafeltria to Rimini. In addition, the area is particularly loved by road cyclists. In fact, there are several destinations that can be reached: San Leo, Carpegna di Pantani, Sant'Agata Feltria, etc. By car, it is 10 minutes from Santarcangelo, a wonderful village with many restaurants and wine bars, 10 minutes from San Marino and 20 minutes from Rimini, where you can relax by the sea.
