Downtown Brevard and Downtown Asheville are also 20-30 minutes away. Perfect basecamp for exploring nearby waterfalls, breweries, trails, etc. **Open to Travel Nurses or multi-month stays The space The home is a mid century modern eclectic house with a large yard with picnic table and fire pit for your use and Lake Rugby a brief walk two houses down from us. The carport is our perfect porch hang with a hanging couch swing, rocking chairs and a round outdoor table with four chairs for outdoor dining. Dishes, pots and pans, etc. are here for you, and we have a coffee grinder & French Press coffee maker (BYO creamers or sweeteners) as well as a Fridge and freezer with ice maker for you to use. Closet space in both bedrooms, and hairdryers and toiletries in both bathrooms for your use. Our chimney has an issue so no indoor fireplace fires are allowed. This is our home and we love living here! Guest access You have access to our entire home and yard minus the basement/basement garage area which will be locked. You will also have access to the pond just down the hill from our home. The loop around the pond is fun to walk! Make sure to bring a guest flag with you which is available in the house.
