Room size is 16.53 square meters. The room is modest. It’s a great space for a couple. Great location! Just less than 5 minutes away to/from SM. Behind MMG hospital. Restaurants and convenience store in front of this subdivision entrance. The apartment has its own main entrance. Guests can use the building facility available they may need/want. I will not be present when you get there but I have amazing person/s who will meet & welcome you in. I’m just message away & pretty much in constant communication with my guest/s along the way. The place is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Near SM, MMG hospital, universities and opposite side of subdivision entrance has 7/11 convenience store, gas station etc., and along side are few restaurants. Jeep & tricycle are commonly used for transportation. Tricycle is my favorite, it will take you to the doorstep of your destination. If you have service vehicle, know your route and where to go ahead of time to avoid rush hour traffic. Street parking is available & free at the property. Respect your neighbor.
