Rooms in a country house in the city

Renovated typical house, dated from the 1700's. With a porch (ideal for breakfast in the summer), a big shared kitchen, a bathroom and a small backyard. 2 very silent rooms available: 1 for a couple; 1 with 2 single beds. 15 min by bus to the center. The space Despite being from the 1700's, the house is fully renovated inside, keeping however the structure and decoration that lasted to our days. The mattresses, the kitchen or the bathroom are brand new, but all the rooms in the house keep their old style fashion and atmosphere. Guest access I live in the upper floor of the house. The ground floor is just for guests. Guests have access to one bathroom. This bathroom is accessible through the kitchen, which is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped — washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pans and all the rest, with a small backyard to dry your clothes in the sun if you would need it. Regarding clothes, in the rooms there is a vintage wooden wardrobe to hang them. There is also a fan for the summer, and plenty of blankets for the winter. During your stay This very special house has three doors. Number 40 will be your door, with your own key, that nobody else has apart from you. I live on number 38. We share the same kitchen. During the day, I will be reachable by phone anytime you need me. In the morning and in the evening, I will be next door or upstairs, and can easily help you in anything you need personally.
