Since 2004, we have been opening our nineteenth-century Ligurian house on the hills of Lerici with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Poets, a garden and a small swimming pool. From 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., upon request, it is possible to have a sweet or savory breakfast, lactose-free and gluten-free for the AFC network of the Italian Celiac Association, cost €10 per person. The space The Blue Loft, a spacious private room located in the annex, and the Classic Room have been tastefully renovated by our architect. The Classica retains the charm of the ancient niches with exposed red bricks and Brunelleschi's green glazed terracotta floors. Both spaces are well lit, with the room opening onto the terrace and the flower garden, offering a panoramic view of the sea, Lerici and its Castle. The kitchen is equipped to prepare quick meals, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The private kitchenette in Loft Blu is suitable for three people, ideal for breakfasts or meals with special dietary requirements. From the bedrooms, there are steps leading to the main terrace. Here you will find the shared swimming pool (6 x 3 meters, 1.5 meters deep), open from mid-May to October, with tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast and quick meals during the summer. After breakfast, guests can relax on the terrace or in the garden to read and sunbathe. The sanitization of the rooms is guaranteed with disinfectant detergents, medical-surgical protection, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. Guest access Access to the property from the street is via stairs that are always lit at night, shared with the owners. Private parking is available in front of the house for one vehicle per room. The patio is furnished with tables, and during the summer, breakfast is served by the pool upon request. Both the terrace and the pool are shared spaces available to all guests and the family. In the garden, there are deck chairs for sunbathing or reading. During your stay We live in the same main house and speak French and English. We are happy to welcome guests and offer detailed information on food and wine, the road network and the various tourist destinations to visit for those arriving for the first time in our area and wishing to explore the beauty and typical features of our territory. Upon request, we prepare breakfast, which can be customized according to various needs, and serve it at a cost of €10 per person. Other things to note As of April 1, 2024, the municipality of Lerici has a TOURIST TAX of €3.00 per night per person over the age of 12, up to a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid directly to us upon arrival. We decline responsibility for the POOL; children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied when accessing the poolside. Continental BREAKFAST served on request costs €10 per person. It can be customized for intolerances. We are authorized to prepare gluten-free breakfast, being part of the AFC circuit of the Italian Celiac Association. Upon request, we offer lactose-free and vegan products. We do not accept pets; SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the house and in the rooms. Beach towels are not provided, but can be rented for €3 each. You can bring your BICYCLES, there is space to store them. It is possible to recharge the electric bikes; the first recharge is free, while from the second the cost is €5.
