Perfect for families or friends wanting to celebrate or just chill out. 3 lakes on site, with fishing , a playground. 3 free tennis courts. Whether you are here to fish, kayak, cycle or relax there is plenty to do. Many local village pubs and places of interest, 4 miles from Cirencester. Dogs accepted for a fee, (no cats). The space 6-person private lodge with large, open plan living space on ground floor, with double patio doors onto the deck, where you will find a private Jacuzzi (age 12+), Gas BBQ and kayak. Ground floor WC. 6 person lodge private deck and Jacuzzi (over 12 years of age only), with 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite, shower gel/shampoo/handwash provided. Full kitchen and utensils provided, towels, bedding, hairdryers etc provided. Everything you need for your stay. Beds are Superking or Single. All beds are hotel standard zip and link beds so can be joined or split into singles as required. There is a £25 charge for separation or joining of beds. Games and puzzles available. 65" smart TV. On-site games room with pool table and table football (small fee). Free access to ping pong tables, 3 tennis courts, small football space with nets, playground with small zip wire and small beach area, golf practice net. (access cannot always be guaranteed if maintenance required) Whilst a rod licence is required, the fishing on site is free. Just get a permit from security. Carp and Trout lakes on site. Front door has a camera. Dogs accepted for a fee of £50 for up to 2 medium dogs. Sorry no cats accepted. We can provide a bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne, chilled for arrival for £50 for your special occasion (£55 with cake), or Prosecco & cake (£15) and hot tub robe hire for £3/50 per person. Prosecco, cake and robe hire is included in summer holiday 7 night stays. Guest access On site security, free parking on site, outside of the lodge. There is a private deck with Jacuzzi, seating area and BBQ. Some local pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The site has a games room, table tennis pavillion, 3 tennis courts, golf next, small football area, boules and croquet lawn. Kayaking and paddleboarding allowed on one of the lakes (with own equipment) There is also bus stop a few meters away going to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Swindon etc. The nearest train stations are Kemble (8 miles), and Swindon (11 miles). Parking - please note that commercial vehicles with signage are not allowed to stay on site overnight. Other things to note Check-in days are Monday and Fridays only, check out on a Sunday for weekend 2 night stays. Dogs are welcome, on request. Blankets in the lodge are for humans only. We do not provide dog blankets, sorry. The Jacuzzi is monitored throughout your stay, but does require guests to be responsible and to follow some basic maintenance.
