The amazing indoor and outdoor spaces have all day sun and breathtaking landscapes making it the perfect place for a holiday for up to 10 people. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy every aspect of the Tukituki valley, from Te Mata Peak to the Ruahine ranges. Enjoy a swim in the heated 15m lap pool, soak in the spa pool or just sit back and relax in the stunning alfresco area. The space The heart of the home is the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which opens out to an expansive alfresco area (with open/close louvres), a frame to a spectacular view. The house has five well-appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a snug/TV room. The master wing has a super-king bed and ensuite, two rooms with a super-king/2 singles, and a further two with king beds. Adjacent to the house is a barn that has a large billiard table, rowing machine and cross trainer. The covered alfresco area has a large fitted BBQ with bench area, dining table for 10 and lounging area. Depending on the season you can take a dip in a heated 15m lap pool or relax by the pool, soak it up in a hot spa, BBQ or chose a picnic spot overlooking the Tukituki river for that special moment. Set on 27ha it is an exceptionally peaceful and private location surrounded by mature trees. We have a large organic vegetable and herb garden where you are free to forage, an orchard with figs, olives, pears, oranges, lemons, limes, feijoas and mandarins that guests are welcome to pick from when in season. Guest access Access to the property is via private sealed driveway with plenty of parking. Other things to note There is unlimited rural broadband and wifi is throughout the house. Tea and coffee and initial milk supply is provided, as is linen and towels. If you wish to have access to the river for walks, picnics, swimming or trout fishing there are a number of nearby access ways.
