The Net Loft Croyde is the epitome of a stylish Coastal holiday home with hot tub located in the heart of Croyde only a few minutes’ walk to the world class surfing beaches and seconds from the village centre. and close to local restaurants and pubs, making it an ideal holiday rental for couples. Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat. The space The property is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has 1 generous sized bedroom with Superking bed (which can be adapted to twin beds if required) and a bathroom with shower, Wc, and wash basin. Moving up to the first floor you will find a large lounge with oversized deep loaf sofa, large flatsctreen smart TV with sky package, Bluetooth wireless speaker system. Also on the first floor the property boasts a state of the art fully equipped contemporary kitchen with large peninsular with induction hob and intergrated bosch appliances throughout. Our 3 metre Bifold doors open out from the lounge onto a large mature garden with lawn and raised deck with outdoor dining furniture, and the all-important hot tub. Additionally we have a separate large surf room with hot outdoor shower board storage and wetsuit drying facilities. Outside we also have a car port with parking for 1 car with additional parking available directly opposite. The Net Loft sleeps a maximum of 2 guests extremely comfortably.
