The house is situated 50 m from the beach, and from the yard is direct access to it. The beach is concrete, and the sea is shallow here, 20 to 50 cm, the bottom seabed is sandy. In the yard, next to the beach there is shade, and the beach is separated by a fence and doors, so this is a private space. At the beach is a beach bar with excellent food and beverages, as well as another cafe. Shop and restaurant are about 600m away, which can be reached by an easy walk through the nearby forest. The space Apartments Matlovac are great for large groups: a spacious, covered terrace that can be divided if necessary, both apartments have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a modernly equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room with air conditioning. In the yard there is a private parking lot, a shared barbecue and access to the beach (separated by a fence and a gate). We no longer accept pets. The beach is concrete with a sandy bottom, 20 - 50 cm deep, with access for the disabled. On the beach there is a Beach bar with an excellent offer of food and drinks and a volleyball court, as well as another Caffe bar and Gelateria. A market with fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery, a shop, a restaurant and a ice cream shop are about 600 m away, which can be reached by a leisurely walk through the nearby pine forest. The price includes towels, bed linen and tourist tax. We are accepting reservations for September. The price per night is 65.00 euros for 4 people. Guest access Each of our apartment has two bedrooms - 1. bedroom 1xdouble bed, - 2. bedroom 2x single beds, - living room with dining area (table and 4 chairs), with sofa that can be turned into bed, LCD TV, HiFi with CD player and air-condition, - kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave Oven, ceramic hob, oven, etc., - bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Total area of 50 m2 (each apartment). Terrace can be shared or divided in half, the total area of the terrace is 45 m2. Terrace contains tables (2), chairs (8-10), lounge chairs (4), cloth drying stand, and awning with electric opening and automatic closing in case of strong wind. Spacious garden contains BBQ, and parking space. Wireless internet and parking in the yard are free of charge.
