There is also a half bathroom, next to the kitchen. Upstaire-about 12 easy steps- you find the bedroom with a qeen sized bed, a sofa from where you will enjoy a beautiful view. Nex to the bedroom there is the bathroom with shower. The house is provided with dish-washer and washing machine, television, wifi ,air conditioning. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs, parasol:dining here at the sunset..will be unforgettable! Both the houses have their private space, garden and furnished patio.The two houses are completely separated. They both have their full privacy.The owners share with their guests their garden, their orto with fresh vegetables and fruits, their(above ground) pool (7.50x3.50 -open from may to october). You can walk all around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal! In about 10 minutes you can drive to everything you may need: market, supermarket, churches, museums, histiric sites, shops and stores. A restaurant (osteria da Pio) can be reached on foot( 500 mt).
