Casa Ermasa is a contemporary architectural villa with pool located on the heights of Calvi and featuring beautiful views of the sea as well as the Revellata peninsula. 5 minutes from the beaches, all shops and the marina of Calvi (vehicle recommended), its access is private with free parking on the property. The space Casa Ermasa is set on a granite rock overlooking the Mediterranean (Nelson Rock). It is organized in an L-shape around a patio sheltered from the wind (large BBQ – Plancha). The villa is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool facing the sea (7.60 m x 4 m) and a large terrace to admire fabulous sunsets. With an area of 150 m2, entirely on one level, the living rooms and bedrooms all have large openings to the sea. Casa Ermasa is fully furnished with new furniture, in a modern and refined style with a very complete branded appliance equipment (induction stove, removable hood, refrigerator with water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, wine cellar…) and quality bedding. Its 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite (25 m2) equipped with a queen size bed and double dressing room, its 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and island bathtub, its large living room (60 m2) open to the kitchen (adjoining laundry room with washer and dryer) can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning in all rooms, electric roller shutters, USB sockets and Wi-Fi access. The living room and 3 bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The rental of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen is to be paid in cash upon arrival (100 euros). A welcome basket including cold drinks and local products is provided for any stay.
