A completely new renovated private bathroom awaits you after just finished pipe renovation. Free parking just under window, beautiful place to spend peaceful relaxing vacation or business trip (good remote working possibilities). Food kiosk (with good real Chinese food) is 400m away and bigger supermarket 700m away. Surrounding single town house areas are inviting for a walk… The space 2 bedrooms with king size beds, big living room with divan, tv etc, fully equipped kitchen with dish washing machine, normal bathroom facilities + washing machine. Clean bedlinen and towels are ready for you in the apartment. We have Elisa Viihde + Saunalahti Kotikuitu 50Mbit/s contract. Wifi router in living room. Evening sun shines to the balcony where are chairs, table and small sun-bed. Beautiful and popular Spa-aquapark Cumulus Resort Eden is 10 min drive. Särkänniemi amusement park is 20min drive by car form the place. All cafes and restaurants are walking distance available. Green park is near and beautiful lake. To reach bigger city Tampere will take 20 min by bus, bus station is also near. Guest access Before your arrival we will give you the code to open the key-box. Key-box is at the door of apartment. When you leave, you leave the key to the key-box. We are flexible, but check-in should happen before 20:00, because downstairs entrance door is automatically locked 20:00 and after that you can’t get to the apartment door where the key-box is. The key then work with downstairs door when you first get it. Special cases we can come to open the downstairs door. Check-out is flexible, depending is there arriving customers in the same day or not. Other things to note Parking is just under of the window. All places without electric-pole are free of charge available for you. This is our second home (there are some of our belongings), we live abroad, but co-hosting and cleaning is organized locally. Be aware that downstairs door to the stairs-hall will be automatically locked 20:00 in the evening. Don’t worry, your key works there.
