Low rates - mid week work groups off season Audited by Fáilte Ireland, Covid Safety award The space Full of character, Browne's Townhouse has a large, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms and sunshine streams through every window. The patio is like an extension to the house with a dining area complete with awning. The garden is a sun trap and is secluded by original 12 foot stone walls - you would never guess you were in the centre of town. Original art in every room, beautifully decorated. Many guests have said they just didn't want to leave. Steps down to the garden from patio so toddlers may need to be supervised. For people with mobility issues, disability parking outside the door. Bring your card with you. Hallways are 34 inch. Bed to wall 22 inches and 10 inch gap under bed .. other than that we meet all criteria listed under amenities. Full access to downstairs bedroom, wetroom living room, kitchen and patio area. Before your arrival in addition to our standard exceptional cleaning regime, we are also cleaning all door and window handles, remote controls, kettles, kitchen surfaces, light switches, taps and flushers with antiseptic. Please message me for things to do and I’ll be glad to help. We leave extra toilet rolls, soaps , wash up liquid, dishcloth, dish washer tablets and tea towels. I use Tru Eco Irish products through out the house so we refill all washing up liquid, shampoos and hand wash to avoid plastic. Self check-in is in place via lock box at entrance, but I am on hand to sort out any issues at any time. If you want an early check in or extension on checkout , please ask we may be able to accommodate. Guest access You will have sole access to the complete property for the length of your stay. Other things to note Just to note although very central, this is a residential area, so please be considerate to our neighbours if having get- togethers on the patio in the late evening. This property is not available for hen, stag weekends at all, or gatherings for numbers in excess of the maximum occupancy of the house. There is no assigned parking outside however, there is all day free parking at the sports center just 3 minutes walk ... the parking in front of the property is for set down only when loading and unloading baggage. There is a disability space for cardholders. The garden is too small for pets
