The Bellevue Homestay for 4 people enjoys a splendid view, from sunrise to sunset, over the Dronne Valley. This accommodation is located on the garden level of a contemporary house with independent entrance via the outdoor terrace and access to the garden. The accommodation has 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet, 1 small kitchen, 1 equipped studio with kitchen. Great for stays with children, families or groups of friends. Accommodation without living room and TV. The space The accommodation does not have a TV or washing machine. My washing machine can be made available on request and subject to my availability. Wi-Fi and wired connection via RJ 45 is available (one socket per room). Linens are provided for stays of 3 nights or more. Beds will be made upon arrival and all linens will be at your disposal (2 towels per person, dishcloths, floor mats). For stays of less than 3 nights, linens can be provided for a fee of €30. Possibility of a package for breakfast and/or evening meal according to my availability There is no additional cleaning fee. You are responsible for the maintenance of the property. New bedding 07/2020. - A shower room: a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a vanity unit with mirror and a hair dryer. - A kitchen: independent kitchen including a high table, a pyrolysis oven, a 3-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a fridge and a small freezer, a microwave, oven dishes, pan and saucepan and all the necessary dishes... Studio Bedroom 2 composed of 1 room - A bedroom: a 140 cm bed with duvet and 2 pillows, linen storage in a sideboard - A shower room: a shower, a vanity unit with mirror and a separate toilet - A kitchen: kitchen in the studio including a 3-burner induction stove, a fridge and a small freezer, a microwave - A small lounge area Guest access An access guide is sent to you 8 days before your arrival, with the access arrangements for an independent entry according to your day and time of arrival. Other things to note A dog and a cat are present on the property. Please do not feed the animals as they have food in their respective houses.
