Althea Maisonettes - Polymnia

The complex Althea Maisonettes is located at the hill's edge of the ancient city "Aptera" and proudly overlooks the serene charm of Souda Bay.A breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain where you can enjoy the senses,peace and quite of the area. Althea maisonettes in Aptera are really close to the National highway road (1,6 km by car),so there as easy access to the city of Chania and Rethymno as well as all the popular beaches of the island. The space Althea maisonettes complex consists of three separate,independent maisonettes. Polymnia maisonette is located beside the pool and in front of grass. Each spacious maisonette can accommodate four tenants.Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms:the one room offers two single beds and the other has a double bed and a lovely panoramic view of the Souda bay sea through the large windows and the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quite of the sunset hours.There is an all-comforts bathroom next to the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an open space for the living room with a new TV set,a dining room that can accommodate four people and a comfortable kitchen that is fully-equipped and functional,as well as a small private balcony where you can enjoy all your meals admiring the beautiful sea,indulging all your senses. All mattresses are new and anatomic and conditioning is provided in all indoor rooms,as all three maisonettes are recently renovated. The outdoor pool area with the panoramic view of the gulf of the Souda and the sunbeds that are provided free of charge,can be shared by all tenants of the three maisonettes. A big,new barbecue awaits for all your culinary experiments. Guest access All visitors can use everything that is inside the house : they have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances and utilities ,a fully functional, private bathroom and a cozy fireplace.
