This apartment is located in the historic area of Coimbra, just 100 meters from restaurants, cafes, shops and markets. It was completely renovated in 2019 and has a suite with private bathroom and two rooms with shared bathroom. In the living room there is a dining area with a TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives access to a private terrace. All rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There is paid street or park parking 250 meters away. The area is quiet and safe. The space This apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building with only 4 apartments. The apartment is new, well decorated, pleasant and with all amenities. It has double windows and reinforced door. As a courtesy we leave you cookies, water, coffee and teas. At an exceptional time like the one we live in, your health and safety are even more important to us, so we have intensified all cleaning and disinfection procedures of the apartments and common areas. All floors have gel alcohol dispensers and we follow all recommendations from DGS and WHO. Our apartment is certified by Turismo de Portugal as Clean and Safe Establishment. Guest access The only areas that are shared by other guests are the hall and stairs to access the apartment. Everything else is private and for the exclusive use of your family or friends, so it is very easy to maintain social distance on your holiday.
