In just about ten minutes on foot, you can reach the famous Sellin Pier as well as the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sands. Along Wilhelmstraße, on your way to the beach, you will find numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants inviting you to enjoy and linger. After a comprehensive renovation in April 2018, we present to you a non-smoking maisonette apartment in a single-family home, boasting a separate entrance and just 25 meters away from Sellin Lake. The apartment spans approximately 65 m² and accommodates 1 to 2 adults and 2 children, with the possibility of adding a small child (1-3 years) in a travel cot. The renovation included, among other things, replacing the carpeted flooring with vinyl on the upper floor, renewing the wood paneling, a completely new fitted kitchen, and a picturesque refresh of the entire interior. Pets may be brought along upon request. The apartment features modern equipment, including electric shutters and access to a communal washing machine and dryer via a coin-operated machine. Parking is available directly at the house, and if needed, a sauna with a relaxation room is also available. For our little guests, the property behind the house offers a meadow that is ideal for playing. Moreover, the accommodation is very conveniently located to the Sellin harbor, only 100 meters away, and a bicycle path starts right outside the front door.
