Charming apartment Porto Ercole village 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms living room with large terrace 500 meters from the sea The space The apartment is located in the village of Porto Ercole, on a beautiful hill, completely immersed in nature but very close to the sea and therefore to the Port (5 minutes walk). It is thoughtfully furnished with the characteristic colors of white and blue and the typical Tuscan terracotta flooring for the outside. It consists of a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed (ceiling fan), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a room with extra-size double bed (ceiling fan) and private bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a room with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower. The large equipped terrace revolves around the entire house that has large windows that make it very bright; it has a step garden corner with a beautiful olive tree; Masonry BBQ; Patio with UnoPiù gazebo (ceiling fan) equipped with table for 8 perfect to enjoy wonderful summer dinners. Characteristic of the house, a centuries-old cork tree that shades the property. The sea breeze here is very pleasant and keeps the house cool even on the hottest days. Very central location but very quiet! This versatile house is ideal for family holidays, romantic or honeymoons, food and wine holidays, history, culture and tourism; or for boating, for swimming, diving, sailing, tennis, horseback riding, golf and polo. The location is definitely a highlight of this house: full relaxation on the terrace and then if you want the nightlife, just get off and in a minute you have clubs and shops for all tastes! The closest beaches are: the most convenient to reach is the Feniglia (sandy) 7km, it goes all the way to Ansedonia; and Riva del Marchese (with stones) with the beautiful view of the turtle-shaped islet. For lovers of crystal clear water, we recommend three magnificent beaches: Le Viste, Playa Lunga and Acqua Dolce.
