It measures 200 sq.m. and is set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden of citrus, olive, cypress and bougainvillea trees. The space The house configuration includes three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one large living room with a fireplace, a sleeping alcove ideal for children, and a large kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace. Three separate terraces complement the living spaces of the house: just outside the kitchen, a large bougainvillea shaded terrace with a dining table for 12, next to bedroom 2 a jasmine/wisteria shaded terrace with a hammock and next to the living room an uncovered terrace with breathtaking views! Every room of the house faces west and enjoys an unobstructed view of the sunset, sea and the islands of Dokos and Spetses. Only 500 meters from the port of Hydra and 200 meters from the port of Kamini the house combines the perfect quiet whilst having easy access to the best restaurants and beaches of the island. There are only 20 steps from the main coast road. The closest beach is at Castello, approximately 300 meters from the house, or you can dive off the cliffs right across from the house. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with serious cooks in mind, and a Weber bbq. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all have ceiling fans. WiFi, a Bluetooth enabled sound system and TVs with Netflix are provided.
