So there is no noise to worry about, nor that someone is too sensitive. Since there is a lot of space, the apartment is suitable for relatives or groups. The location is ideal for arrival or as a starting point for trips by bus, train or S-Bahn. The kitchen and bathroom have skylights, but are surprisingly bright. The apartment is fully equipped, and is the ideal starting point for visits to Mainz, but also a cozy stay for small and large groups. Such a large apartment can hardly be kept so clean that there are not a few cobwebs or some dust somewhere. So if you want it to be clean, you better book somewhere else. Guest access The whole apartment incl. Bedroom no. 3 is available for guests as soon as at least 5 people arrive. Otherwise, the orange room is also available depending on the agreement.
