Paul's vacation home

The vacation bungalow (25 sqm) is comfortable and fully equipped. It has a double bedroom, as well as a comfortable sofa bed for another person in the living area. In this there is an open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) and bathroom with shower (hair dryer) and toilet can be used. The terrace and the garden with umbrella, garden chairs/table and a grill. Towel package/bed linen per person is included. The space The vacation bungalow is fully tiled and equipped with heaters for each room. In the bedroom there is a double bed with mirror, dresser and wardrobe. In the living area is the 2nd sleeping option (sofa bed with spring mattress), a closet, TV board with flat screen, DVD player (various DVDs available), games/books, 2 cozy blankets, CD player/radio. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with plenty of dishes/glasses and with many useful kitchen utensils and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Visitor slippers and wardrobe, clothes rack and vacuum cleaner (various cleaning utensils) are also provided. Guest access You will stay in the secluded vacation bungalow with terrace and garden all to yourself and have your own entrance to the bungalow. It is located in a quiet location in the city center of Ribnitz-Damgarten and offers very good shopping (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, banks) within walking distance. Storage facilities for bicycles are provided on the premises. Other things to note Important: The tourist tax must be paid to the municipality on site and in cash upon arrival! The tourist tax is €1.50 per day (May-Sep.) / €1.20 (Oct.-Apr.) and reduced €1.15 (May-Sep.) / €0.85 (Oct.-Apr.)! Linens and towels per person per stay included. Upon arrival, the accommodation will provide you with 2 dish towels, dishcloths, 1 kitchen roll, dishwashing detergent, 2 dish tabs, 1 roll of toilet paper and soap for the bathroom. Please note that this is an allergy-free and non-smoking apartment. There is an ashtray on the terrace for you ;-). Pets aren't allowed. Final cleaning is 40 euros. Upon departure, the dishwasher and trash cans are emptied.
