Welcome to our holiday apartment in the "Haus Rosenwinkel" in Strobl am Wolfgangsee! Enjoy a central location, just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque center of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. Discover fascinating sights in the area, including the cultural pearls of Salzburg, St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl and the picturesque Hallstatt and use the ideal starting point for various activities in the well-known Salzkammergut. The space Our spacious apartment has 3 cozy bedrooms with their own sinks (1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms), an inviting eat-in kitchen with balcony and a bathroom with additional toilet. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee filter machine. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower wall and sink. The toilet is separate. The well-kept garden area invites you to linger. The balcony has seating furniture and allows a direct view of the lovingly designed garden. A digital check-in gives you the "Guest Mobility Ticket", which allows you to use all public transport in the state of Salzburg, including the city of Salzburt, free of charge during your stay. Guest access A parking space is in the front area of the property. Bicycles can be parked in the covered front area of a small garden shed. Our guests are welcome to stay in the lovingly designed garden and use the terrace furniture. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding. Our apartment is not equipped or secured for children. The overnight price includes a mobility contribution, which makes it possible to USE ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE STATE OF SALZBURG FREE OF CHARGE :) Public transport can also be used free of charge for arrival and departure if the pre-check-in (online) is carried out. You will receive the link from us before arrival. The lower part of the house and garden are inhabited by our cat;) Our guests have free access to the in-house Wi-Fi.
