Extended Family Retreat | Central Russell Location | Family Holiday Home Escape North is a private 3 level retreat for extended families, in historic Russell close to the boat ramp and the waterfront with a view of the water from the upper-level master suite, located just a short stroll to the Russell anchorage. Home is able to accommodate smaller groups using just the upper two floors. The space Enjoy a 2-minute gentle stroll along the waterfront where you will find our famous restaurants The Duke of Marlborough, Butterfish and The Gables, the wharf shops and cafes. The house is self-catering with a large farmhouse style and kitchen dining area, full oven, range hood, microwave, fridge freezer, etc, the lounge is large and spacious with access to the covered front deck by french doors, alternatively, you can catch the morning sun on the breakfast deck. The master bedroom is located on the third tier and has a sitting room and its own en-suite. The middle tier has the main living, kitchen dining, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The lower entry tier has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The laundry is located in the garage. Bedding configuration is; 4 x Super-king, 1x Queen, 1 x Double, 2 Single SPECIAL CONDITIONS: For your comfort, the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property. Bed linens and towels are charged at an additional cost of $40.00 per person, this will mean that the beds are made up and ready for your arrival. No gathering/parties or unauthorized/additional persons staying at the property, this will breach the rental conditions and you may be asked to depart the property. Guest access We invite you to enjoy the entire home when you book for the full guest capacity. For smaller groups, the home is still yours to enjoy, with a cozy arrangement suited to your party size. Should you desire access to additional bedrooms, simply let us know at booking— an additional fee ensures every corner of the house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Prices are based on the first 4 persons using 2 bedrooms, then an additional pricing for extra persons applies. This will be automatically calculated when you add your guest numbers. If extra bedrooms are specifically requested then you will be charged accordingly. Use of all bedrooms will be charged at the full property rate. For your comfort the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property.
