Not far from the NDSM and within walking distance of the ferry which gives you access to the center of Amsterdam, this place has everything you need. You have your own entrance, private room with bathroom and toilet and a terrace above the water. The space A studio-like space above the water, build on wooden poles next to my houseboat, modernized and fully equipped for your use only, so no sharing. Comfortable large boxspring bed (160x200). Two seasons duvet, you can use them together or remove one when it is too hot in the summer. Wardrobes (2). Bar with fridge, cold beer and some soft drinks. Combi-microwave. Nespresso machine & water boiler. Coffee cups & tea available. Milk & sugar. Hotel safe. Bathroom with a rain shower, hand shower & washstand. Toilet. Terrace on the south side with sun till 18:00 hour. Private entrance. Guest access The studio has its own access and is entirely for private use. Other things to note No smoking inside the Studio! (there is a smoke detector inside the studio) but it is possible to smoke on the terrace. Sitting on the terrace above the water sounds travel far; keep this in mind on those long warm summernights, or coming home after a lovely night in town. I do not charge extra cleaning cost if you leave the room in a respectable way :-) I will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused by staying at my studio.
