Overlooking the Aegean Sea, in the heart of the Centaurs Mountain, is our traditional stone house, built in 1930. Surrounded by trees, in a quiet place, suitable for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city Located 10 minutes from Damouchari and other beautiful beaches (Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero, Plaka), Mouresi village is 1 hour from the city of Volos and 35’ from the Ski Centre in Chania. The space The house is 80 sq. m. and consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor is the living room and kitchen. The living room has a three seater sofa, push back TV armchair, 43 ‘’ UHD 4K Smart TV. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and spices, as well as dining table with 6 chairs. There is a wooden staircase leading to the 1st floor. There you will find the bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed separated by a wooden sliding door, 1 more double bed and 1 sofa bed (portable bed). There are closets for your items. Sofa bed can ideally accommodate one person. The floor is traditional wooden. The bathroom has a shower, faucet and washing machine. There is a guardrail on the stairs in case there are children in the house. Also there are two baby parks. The garden is surrounded by colourful flowers, with no fence, to enjoy the view of the sunrise and the Aegean. There is a tree trunk table, wooden bench and comfortable chairs. It has a barbecue and outdoor shower ideal for the summer after the sea. For your summer meals there are 2 outdoor paved courtyards with tables and chairs Guest access There is space for 2 cars on the plot. The access to the house is via a concrete road (100m) that branches off with the main road of the village. At a distance of 3 'by car, there is a mini market (with groceries, press, bakery etc), gas station, post office, coffee shop. From the path that passes through the plot is 250 meters on foot. There are 3 cottages around. On the plot there is a warehouse and a workshop.
