The space Nestled in the heart of the Oddoene valley, there is a delightful and charming two bedroom property. Just 10 minutes drive from the nearest town of Dorgali and 15 minutes from the coastal town of Cala Gonone. The accommodation has a well-furnished kitchen in modern style and complete with dishwasher and microwave, a large living room cool even in summer, two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, plus a second bathroom with washing machine in the hallway. The whole house has been recently renovated. All around us there is a farm of 30,000 square meters, with an incredible view of the valley and surrounded by vineyards. The house is an excellent starting point for exploring natural Sardinia on foot, by bike, by motorbike or by car. The prehistoric ruins of Tiscali are a short drive away and magnificent beaches are reachable by boat, rental or ferry, from Cala Gonone, where you will also find many bars, restaurants and shops. Other things to note The price includes: - all operating costs (electricity, water, gas); - first set of sheets and towels; - Initial set which includes a roll of toilet paper, a set of envelopes for separate collection, hand soap and dish soap.
