The space With a high speed fibre connection you can bring your Apple TV or use the supplied Chrome-cast device. There is also a Sky dish so bring your own sky decoder and an HDMI cable. We offer a huge library of DVDs for family entertainment. The bathroom has a full sized bath and also a shower cubicle. The toilet/WC is in a separate room. It's an easy 2 minute walk to the beach (really!) and only 400 metres to our local gastropub/restaurant and the adjacent supermarket and cafe/pizza restaurant . A 3 minute drive gets you to the shops at Papamoa Plaza or the newly extended Bayfair Mall. There are regular buses to Papamoa, Bayfair, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Or pack your bikes for cruisey flat riding. For keen mountain bikers, it's only 45 minutes to the excitement of the Rotorua bike trails. The large flat back yard has big shade trees and citrus... perfect for the kids to play. A flat sealed driveway has plenty of space for boats and cars. (And for littlies with ride-ons.) There is easy driving access with the Sandhurst Drive exit from the expressway nearby. Guest access You will have access to all the house and the garden area.
