El Mirador - self-contained room with views

Recently built sandstone cottage with Mediterranean style in quiet hamlet. Large modern living space with fabulous views of the Pennine Hills. The space Self-contained and large living space with a double bed and single mattress. Suitable for a single person, couples, friends, siblings or single parent families. Plenty of space to relax on the sofa or around the table. The room will be set up with bedding on the double bed. Bedding for the single mattress must be requested on booking. Please note there is no kitchen. There is a wonderful village pub open for food every day from 31st July and most days at the moment. (15 mins walk through fields or a short drive) Guest access Exclusive entrance to the property during your stay. Secure cycle storage can be arranged on request. There is shared parking for up to two guest cars/small van on a large secluded driveway. Please note there is no roadside parking. Other things to note ***The property is on a small lane in a rural hamlet with 22 other houses on the same postcode within a 1 mile radius. Please DO NOT use the postcode to find us but read the post-booking directions carefully. We are very easy to find if you follow the instructions.*** The Highland Drove Inn is a wonderful pub with excellent food. Booking advised. Please see my guide book for full list of recommended local pubs to eat at. We provide a simple breakfast hamper with croissants, fruit, breakfast bars, orange juice etc. Please inform us if you have any dietary allergies or intolerances on booking or at least 48 hours before arrival. The large room upstairs is accessed by wooden stairs with the bathroom downstairs. The property is not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children. We request that no hot food takeaways with strong odours are eaten inside the property. For cyclists, we would be happy to do a washing load but we have no machine drying facilities. There is a washing line outside the property and a heated drying rack on request. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request.
