Luxury Studio at MGM Signature Best Location

This condo in Tower 3 faces the East, giving you a view of the Lazy River and TopGolf. It also has an amazing view of the Airport where you can watch planes take off. Valet is free for 1 vehicle, and no resort fees. It is a 20 min. walk to the strip through the MGM casino, or via Harmon Blvd. Kitchenette stocked with Keurig coffee maker and common essentials. Free access to heated pools and the lazy river. Guests 18-21 can check in with prior permission. Starbucks downstairs in Tower 1 lobby. The space This unit is in tower 3, facing Top Golf and the MGM Lazy River Pool. It also has an amazing view of the Airport where you can see planes take off and land. If you book a place through the MGM or other sites, you will be charged a daily parking fee and a resort fee that could be more than $70 per day. If you book my place, all of these fees will be waived, in addition to my low prices, so you will end with the best value. Please note though that valet does get full in the evenings and when it does, you will have to park at the self-parking structure at the MGM Casino and that is about a 15-20 minute walk through the casino to get to the hotel. MGM also charges a parking fee for self-parking, so once you get your car in through the valet during the day, I highly suggest using Uber or Lyft for the optimum experience not having to deal with full valet. Please note that the hotel does not allow motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or trailers. If you have these vehicles, please plan your offsite parking. My place includes a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 4 persons. This place can accommodate guests of all ages, but the main person checking in to the Signature must be over 21 years old, but I can grant permission if you are 18 and over if requested before the check-in day, so please let me know if you are under 21 when you book the place. The bathroom is stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion, and towels. Your reservation includes an exit cleaning only, after you check out. If you wish to have the place cleaned during your stay, there is an additional charge per cleaning. Please message me if you would like to order cleaning during your stay. There is also a kitchenette that has a mini fridge, microwave/convection oven, electric stove, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS NON-SMOKING ROOM. If there’s any smell or signs of cigarette or pot smoking, an extra cleaning fee will be charged and it will be noted on your guest review. ACCORDING TO THE SIGNATURE MGM POLICY, NO GUESTS CAN BRING PETS OF ANY KIND. If you bring your pet to the unit, there will be a fine from the Signature and I will have to charge a pet cleaning fee on top of that. Check-in is after 3 PM. You can check in as late as you wish, the front desk is open 24 hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM as the cleaning crew only has a few hours to get the room ready for the next guests. Early check-in is allowed anytime no guests are staying before you, and I will only know the evening before if that is possible. There is a bell desk where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or wish to stay later than the check-out time. Also if you are interested in staying at City Center, I have another unit at the Vdara, right between the Bellagio and the Aria Casinos. It is a 630 sq ft studio unit. Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any questions that I have not covered here. Guest access Check in is at the front desk just like any of the Signature hotel guests. Please be 21 or over to check in, they will make no exceptions for guests under 21. Your guests can be of any age, but the person checking in to get the keys must be 21 or older. The front desk will require an ID and a credit card to hold $100 per night, $300 maximum, for incidentals and will return that to you upon check out. Please note that this reservation comes with free valet parking for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles will have to be parked at the MGM self parking lot. Please note that the hotel does not allow motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or trailers. If you have these vehicles, please plan your own offsite parking. Other things to note Please note that although there's free valet, it does get full often on the evenings of busy days, so when that does happen, all guests will have to park at the self parking structure on the Tropicana side of the MGM Grand casino. There is a way there from the Tower 1 valet entrance. Also please note that the parking structure is about a 15 minute walk back to the Signature Towers through the MGM Casino. There is a charge for non platinum guests at the self parking structure. Once you have put your car through the valet during the day, I highly suggest leaving it there and using uber or lyft to get around because the valet does get full in the evenings now that Vegas is busy again.
