La Grange des Davids is an authentic Provençal farmhouse with the appearance of a small hamlet, located in the Luberon Nature Park between Rustrel and Simiane-la-Rotonde. Ideal vacation home for families or groups of friends, you will find here, in one of the purest skies in Europe, an authentic place that offers both modern comfort and the charm of yesteryear. The space The cottage is surrounded by nature in a 2 ha park, ideally located 580 meters above sea level, which allows you to enjoy a pleasant nighttime coolness after the summer heat. After 2 years of restoration work, we were able to revive a piece of heritage from this region of Oppedette, between Lure, Ventoux and Luberon, hiking spots and testimony of dry stone: low walls, huts (bories), sheepfolds... At the southwestern end of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, bordering the Vaucluse, the cottage is a 20-minute drive to the city of Apt, a quarter of an hour to Banon and 5 minutes to Simiane-la-Rotonde. It is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, not far from the typical villages of Viens, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Rustrel and its famous Colorado Provencal, Gordes and many others, which are all magical places. The cottage is built on 1 ground floor plus 2 levels for an average area of 340 m2. In addition to the bedrooms, you can also enjoy a large living-dining room (50 m2), 2 offices, a TV room, a foosball table, a 10x5 meter swimming pool adjoining the house and protected by a gate and alarm, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. With its 6 double bedrooms plus a master bedroom (double bedroom + 2 90 x 200 cm beds in a room adjoining the parents' room), or a total of 7 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 15 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and two 90 x 200 cm beds. Sheets are provided and included in the rental price. Bath towels are not provided. Each bedroom contains a wardrobe or closet/dresser for storing personal belongings. Upon request, we provide two baby cribs. Guest access You will have full access to the entire place (which is privatized for you).
