If you're looking for a home away from home and to feel a sense of belonging, this will be perfect for you :) "Vettaths" was designed as a multifunctional space, to create a community within it. There are 3 bedrooms each with attached bathrooms and located on various levels. There is a kitchen which can be used with its own living/common spaces. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation, space and good circulation. **Home-made traditional breakfast is brought to you in a tiffin carrier! The space Hello! Please feel free to get in touch with me FIRST before making a booking for any queries :) Vettaths is spacious, earthy, non-fussy, clean and well organised. The house is located at a cul-de-sac, surrounded by greenery. This space was designed to make you feel at home. It features shared spaces with a pleasant atmosphere, including two kitchens. Things at Vettaths are done in an efficient, honest and spontaneous way, where community, talks and exchanges of ideas are valued. We are trying to encourage community living by creating a space that is comfortable, safe and interactive. Our common spaces are used as co-working spaces during the week days as well. We host workshops, movie screenings an talks every month for our community. Vettaths is constantly evolving and we are always open to new ideas/ initiatives for the space. Note: Drinking Alcohol, smoking, and eating is NOT ALLOWED in the rooms. The common spaces are occupied by vettaths team, coworkers and other visitors from Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, therefore drinking alcohol in the common spaces can't be done during these hours. But after 6pm, if our guests wants to have a drink or two and have a relaxed evening, that is welcome as long as they are mindful of other guests in the space. Vettaths is not a space where we allow drinking parties. With that said, we invite you to take a tour of the space and the specifics! Guest access You will have access to the first floor kitchen, dining areas and common living spaces. There is an open deck in the front which may also be used. One bedroom has its own step out to a private gardens . You will also have access to the tv and the Washing machine . We have an aqua guard with purified drinking water in the ground floor. You will have complete privacy in your bedroom (which can be locked) but the common spaces are all shared with the guests using the space. During your stay I will be available during most days as I also use the common co-working spaces. Before your stay it would be great if you could get in touch with me regarding queries or simply to discuss your plans, the kind of space you are looking for, so I can confirm our place fits your requirements! We want everyone to have a comfortable stay and be a part of our space :). If I am traveling or not available during your visit I will be providing a contact in case you need anything. We will be happy to help you out however we can during your stay! Other things to note We would require a copy of your ID sent to us before or upon your arrival. Our house is shared by multiple users, especially me! To keep the space maintained and running we are quite particular that all the rules are followed and the space is kept as you found it. This is especially regarding the common spaces, we expect our guests to clean up after themselves and to put items back where they found them. So please keep this in mind when considering staying with us!
