3-room apartment in Ötlingen near Basel & A5 with parking space

Beautiful 3-room apartment on the first floor, in the most beautiful part of Weil am Rhein, the ART village of Ötlingen. The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards with beautiful walking paths, from which you have a magnificent view of the border triangle. The city centers of Lörrach, Weil am Rhein or Basel can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also France, the airport, Freiburg, Feldberg (about 45 minutes), Europa-Park Rust (1 hour) Parking and Wi-Fi are available. The space You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher with tabs, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, oven and a large cold zone fridge with freezer compartment. Salt, pepper, vinegar and oil are also provided. You can make your coffee with a Nespresso capsule machine, a Senseo pad machine or a filter coffee machine. There is also a kettle and a toaster at your disposal. Everything is available, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Towels and linens are of course also included. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. If you need additional pillows, blankets or the like, please feel free to contact me. If you need the baby travel crib, please let me know before arrival so that it is ready upon arrival. The microwave and filter coffee maker are located in the living room behind the separate white door. The door knob is to be turned. Please indicate how you would like the beds made when booking. The apartment has a total of 3 rooms. The 3rd room is for living, eating or sleeping, depending on the number of people. Guest access The parking lot belonging to the apartment is located on the back side of the house towards the vineyards, drive down the path between the restaurant and the house 100 m, then up the narrow path on the left, there is the parking space right on the left side. If you have a larger vehicle, let me know before arrival, then I will keep the space in front of the house free for you. Please do not park in the restaurant parking lot! If you bring several cars, they can be parked along the village road! But please pay close attention to the parking ban signs, otherwise you could get a ticket. Other things to note In the village, just 500 m away, there is an e-charging station with 22 kw. The next option to charge your electric car is 1 km away at the Shell gas station in Binzen 300 kw, Bundesstraße 3, there is also a restaurant with home-style cooking, open 7 days a week from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. For longer stays, I am happy to wash and iron your clothes. Towel and bed linen change as well as cleaning of the living rooms if desired. In the bathroom, you have to go up one step to the shower.
