Small pets welcome The space Original cottage-style home fully equipped with brand new kitchen and bathroom in a peaceful location just metres away from Burrill Lake edge and nature reserve. Verandah, windows and french doors opening to a spectacular view of the lake at the front which is especially beautiful at sunset with the silhouette of Pigeon House Mountain. A large lawn and leafy garden with timber deck and BBQ at the rear where you can hear the nearby surf and see an array of native birds such as rainbow lorrikeets, pelicans, black swans, black cockatoos, plovers, herons, wattle birds, pee wees, kookaburras and willy wag tails just to name a few. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with all the basics provided (cooking oil, salt and pepper, tea/coffee/cereal, shower gel etc), dishwasher and Nespresso Essenza Coffee Maker. All bed linen and towels provided. Laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer and second WC available for guest use. TV and DVD, WiFi and Netflix as well as airconditioning and ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms and/or electric heating for the winter evenings.
